The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process across equities, fixed income, swap, clearing, and digital assets, delivering a seamless client experience across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales and Clients to cross-sell the firm's capabilities in alignment with client needs.
- Scope out client requirements while acting as a project manager.
- Lead the initiative to onboard clients to execute on the Cantor platform.
- Serve as the escalation point for legal deal negotiations.
- Work closely with the Risk team to ensure the client's profile aligns with Cantor's capabilities.
- Liaise with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) teams to collect due diligence requirements, ensuring compliance with CF Secured LLC's regulatory regime.
- Partner with Technology to set up trading, post-trade, and client-facing portal technologies.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- 2+ years of experience in prime brokerage, client onboarding, or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a preeminent investment bank serving over 5,000 institutional clients worldwide. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, with additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
