Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and ensure all equipment and utensils are organized.
  • Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain trash receptacles.
  • Assist in the transfer of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Support banquet table and front-of-house setup.
  • Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as necessary.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
