We are seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Manager to join our team.

The Client Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in providing post-sale assistance by consistently interacting with clients and delivering effective strategies to ensure their operations run efficiently, leading to enhanced revenue and profitability. By facilitating the success of client operations, this position contributes to increased product sales for Sinclair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 client accounts (subject to change).
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.
  • Adhere to all processes and strategies outlined by Sinclair.
  • Participate in mandatory company meetings on a weekly basis (subject to change).
  • Deliver practice enhancement strategies as provided by Sinclair.
  • Complete and submit required documentation by specified deadlines.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, within 24 hours.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, including appropriate attire.

Your Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Reside in the designated area.
  • Exhibit motivation and willingness to travel extensively across a broad territory.
  • Possess experience in a comparable role and/or in a clinical environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive results within a team setting.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
