CNC Lead Programmer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lead Programmer to join our manufacturing team at ResourceTek. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise in blueprints and manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CNC programmers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Develop and maintain blueprints and manufacturing documentation
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
