Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Therapy Tree. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of therapists who share a passion for delivering evidence-based, results-oriented therapy.

About the Role

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and assistants to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate patient needs through assessments and screenings.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and objectives.
  3. Implement treatment plans using motivating and fun activities that encourage child engagement and progress.
  4. Educate patients, parents, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing development.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure and/or registration in the state of Arizona.
  • Liability insurance coverage.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A competitive hourly compensation package.

  • 40 hours of annual PTO and STO provided, with accrual increases every year.
