Senior FMS Logistics Specialist
Position Overview:
- Leverage extensive knowledge in Security Assistance (SA), technology transfer, compliance with export/import regulations, risk management, and logistics support.
- Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of program management documentation, formulate standard operating procedures, and manage financial oversight.
- Maintain a valid U.S. passport and be prepared for travel to international locations.
- Apply comprehensive acquisition management principles to support ongoing and future FMS programs.
- Facilitate the procurement and support of systems and services throughout the full lifecycle of TPA requirements.
- Review and coordinate documentation from various stakeholders, ensuring compliance and effective communication with relevant parties.
- Support the identification and documentation of resource requirements, consolidating them into necessary programmatic plans and reports.
- Assist in risk management and performance assessments related to acquisition programs and logistics support.
- Participate in key meetings and reviews, providing insights and documentation as needed.
- Contribute to the development and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and program documentation.
- Conduct material solution analyses and assist in the preparation of essential agreements and documents.
- Utilize scheduling software to maintain and analyze program schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Assist in the development of lifecycle sustainment plans and cost estimates.
- Engage in program strategy evaluations and provide assessments to ensure consistency with overall objectives.
- Support the integration of intelligence and infrastructure for comprehensive capabilities planning.
- Collaborate with various programs to ensure effective communication and planning across multiple phases.
- Assist in the management of FMS cases, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintain proficiency in FMS-specific software and applications to facilitate effective case management.

Qualifications:
- MA/MS degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the Department of Defense -OR-
- BA/BS degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the Department of Defense -OR-
- High School Diploma/GED with twenty (20) years of directly related experience, including eight (8) years in the Department of Defense.
- U.S. Citizenship is required; candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
