Medical Professional for Disability Exams

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team at Matrix Providers in Medford, OR.
Job OverviewAs a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams. Your primary responsibility will be to review pertinent medical history documentation and provide veterans with examinations for disability award determinations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review medical history documentation and perform comprehensive examinations
- Capture responses during the exam through web-based forms and complete all documentation electronically
- Order ancillaries such as X-rays, labs, EKGs, PFTs, and ABIs as necessary
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- A master's degree or completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- An active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability

This is a salaried position, paid bi-weekly. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
