Job Title: Radiology Technician

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to fill a travel position in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for X-rays, operating X-ray technology, processing films for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Take medical images of patients using X-ray technology
  • Prepare patients for X-rays, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate X-ray equipment, following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Process films for radiologists and physicians, maintaining accurate records
  • Handle patient records, maintaining confidentiality and security
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
