Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Summary:As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for X-rays, operating X-ray technology, processing films for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.
Responsibilities:- Take medical images of patients using X-ray technology
- Prepare patients for X-rays and ensure their safety during the procedure
- Operate X-ray equipment and process films for radiologists and physicians
- Handle patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an x-ray technologist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
