We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at Griffith Park Healthcare Center.
As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of nutritious and attractive meals and supplements to all residents, in compliance with Federal, State, and Company requirements.
You will maintain a safe and sanitary working environment, interact effectively with other resident services, and implement and revise menus to meet resident needs.
Additionally, you will maintain all records and documentation, manage inventory of food and supplies, and participate in assigned meetings and in-services.
Requirements:
- Graduate (or enrolled) of State-approved course or equivalent in food service
- City Health Certificate as required by local government
- One year experience in healthcare-related food service preferred
