Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PT to join our team at Henry Rehab and Nursing. As a Physical Therapist PT, you will work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional care to our residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to address each resident's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.

Requirements
  • An active state Physical Therapist PT license is required.
  • Some SNF experience is preferred.
  • This is an 'as needed' position, with no guaranteed hours.
  • This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
