The primary responsibility of the Business Operations Analyst is to assist INSPIRE in addressing critical business challenges through comprehensive analysis and the provision of actionable insights. We are looking for a versatile team player who possesses strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities for crafting engaging presentations, and the interpersonal finesse to present recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical field (such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Engineering) is preferred.
    • A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or Business Administration is advantageous.
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an analytical capacity.
    • Familiarity with the Hospitality sector is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO to identify, recommend, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes.
    • Summarize findings for Operations leadership to inform decision-making.
    • Draft action plans and assist in defining requirements for potential software development.
  • Establish an analytical framework within Operations Departments and provide reporting on key performance indicators.
    • Identify success factors and develop associated performance metrics for various functional areas.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and utilize tools to ensure data sufficiency for performance tracking.
    • Identify and implement tools to monitor metrics and communicate results.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of standard reporting packages.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the COO.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects that support the COO's strategic initiatives and the company's operational goals.

This role may involve travel to various locations as required.

Additional Information:
