We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Programmer to join our team at Hyundai Power Transformers USA. As a CNC Plasma Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating our HDX400 Hypertherm plasma machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate the HDX400 Hypertherm plasma machine
  • Work with AutoCAD Mechanical and Flashcut CAM software
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate production
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in plasma cutting technology
Requirements
  • 2D AutoCAD Mechanical experience is a must
  • CAM software experience is a plus but not required
  • Metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required
  • Plasma or Laser programming experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints is required
  • Knowledge of metal gauges, welding tolerances, welding symbols, fabrication standards and practices, the metric system, standard I-beam, channel and pipe sizes is a plus but not required
  • Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience is preferred
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.00
  • Full-time position with 40-48 hours per week
