Job Description

110 Grill is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu items and ingredients to effectively serve our guests.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide information about our menu, ingredients, and policies.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high service standards, including knowledge of steps of service and ability to work at a guest's pace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, including answering phones, seating guests, and running food.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Complete opening and closing side work, including setup and breakdown of the dining room.
