We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy RN to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopy procedures, including conducting assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, and educating patients on post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring safe and effective care for patients.
- Participate in a systemic, interdisciplinary evaluation of programs and processes to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
- Adhere to all regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
- Certified in Basic Life Support.
- Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
