PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently load and stack boxes of products onto pallets. All tasks must be executed in accordance with company standards, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Compensation begins at $ per hour, accompanied by a $1,500 sign-on and retention bonus program. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lift and stack boxes weighing between 40 to 70 pounds onto pallets. Replace any pallets on the floor that have been relocated, with assistance from pallet jack operators. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members. Complete all tasks assigned by management personnel. Follow instructions and be willing to assist in other departments as required. Perform additional responsibilities as directed.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Manual dexterity is essential. Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. A strong work ethic, integrity, and moral character are required.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Adhere to departmental and company safety protocols and programs. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times in designated areas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs. Willingness to work in wet and cold environments. Exposure to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, and moving production machinery. Encounter raw, live animal odors. Work Schedule: 4:30pm - 2:00am.
