Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Field Installation Manager will oversee the installation of modernization projects in the assigned territory, ensuring timely completion and meeting or exceeding business plan objectives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage field staff and coordinate with internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA requirements and safety programs.
  • Supervise field staff and installation activities for elevators and escalators in So. California and other locations.
  • Plan and coordinate installation activity with internal departments and customers.
  • Directly plan and coordinate material deliveries with company logistics and field staff.
  • Support warehouse activities and provide field manpower planning and management.
  • Ensure that all construction projects achieve or beat planned installation hours goals and meet customers' expectations.
  • Scrutinize completed projects for cost and hours performance, identify lessons learned, and incorporate new knowledge into daily operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update construction installation schedules.
  • Work closely with project management to ensure customer and company needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing field installation activities or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-related field installation or construction management experience.
  • College degree beneficial but not required.
  • Training in basic Microsoft Office skills.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 and $165,000/year, with a total compensation package including commissions, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
