Position Overview: We are on the lookout for talented Application/Sales Engineers to become integral members of our innovative team. In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for our clients, assisting them with the technical nuances, pricing structures, engineering assistance, and customer service associated with their product development needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of fabrication methods for custom magnetic shielding.
  • Develop customized shielding solutions and provide accurate cost assessments for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication.
  • Convert complex technical information into accessible language and visual representations for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee product quality and timely delivery.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
  • Gather and relay customer insights to inform product improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Familiarity with magnetic shielding concepts and material science is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service within a technical environment is preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software, Excel, and digital tools is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving market demands and client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and growth targets.
