Job Summary:

Central Health is seeking a highly skilled UKG HCM Consultant to support the final stages of the UKG Ready implementation. This temporary position will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition to the new HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and testing of key UKG Ready modules, including HR, Benefits, TLM, Recruitment, Payroll, and Advanced Scheduler.
  • Setup and configure workflows in UKG Ready, including processes for job application, hiring/onboarding, and time & attendance.
  • Attend recurring UKG meetings to stay aligned with project timelines and address any immediate concerns.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation related to UKG Ready configurations and processes.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all UKG functionalities meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
  • Support integration testing with other systems, including SNOW, Multiview, Relias, and People Are Everything.
  • Continuously monitor and validate data integrity, ensuring seamless data migration and system performance.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, with specific expertise in UKG Ready.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HRIS system implementations within large or complex organizations.
  • Experience in project management, data migration, and system integration.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on system optimization and data integrity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs and documentation.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices in HR technology adoption.
