Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician for a distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose, couplings, fittings, and assemblies services in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the assembly of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to meet customer specifications
  • Connect hose couplings and fittings with precision and accuracy
  • Cut and package hoses of various sizes to ensure efficient production
  • Collaborate with team members to help package and distribute orders to be shipped to customers

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience using tape measures to ensure accurate measurements
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Additionally, Eastridge offers a competitive benefits package, which includes access to our comprehensive health insurance plan, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
