- Review margin trends for National Accounts to ensure accuracy and soundness.
- Monitor product costs and pricing by category to meet profit expectations and recommend necessary changes to Sales Management.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive revenue growth and investigate margin fluctuations.
- Evaluate bid items for contract compliance to maximize profitability and ensure accurate cost calculations prior to the bidding process.
- Assist in the customer bidding process, utilizing profit models to assess the full impact on EBITDA if contracts are awarded.

Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in pricing, margin management, or product costing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior management experience.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- 2-4 years of prior management experience.
