At Interim HealthCare Staffing, we're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 12-week contract. With over 2 years of experience in home health, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Tri-County Area.
We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated hourly rate of $43.00 depending on the assignment. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, 12 week contracts, holiday pay, and Insperity Perks such as Earned Wage Access, Banking and Card Member Discounts, Cashback, and More.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Caring for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and schools.
- Working with a team of physicians and overseeing LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care.
- Examining patients, conducting assessments, documenting condition, and reporting changes to physicians.
- Reviewing, interpreting, transcribing, and carrying out physician orders for patients.
- Administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in South Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home health.
- CPR Certification.
- Immunization Records.
- Current Physical within the last year or statement of good health.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion.
- Completion of Competency Exam and Required online assessments.
- Successfully pass drug and background screening.
- Valid drivers license and car insurance.
- Other requirements as needed per assignment.
