Role Summary:
As a Financial Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Working collaboratively with a diverse team, your responsibilities will include documenting general ledger entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting various back-office functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize financial data to prepare and document general ledger journal entries

• Conduct cash and balance sheet account reconciliations

• Analyze general ledgers and provide clear explanations for discrepancies.

• Investigate variances in general ledgers from one period to another

• Assist internal clients by supplying necessary information to rectify customer accounts, prepare financial statements, and any other relevant information for the entity

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of auditing processes and accounting principles, as well as financial statements and practices

• Proficient in analytical and statistical analysis

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in internal/external auditing, accounting, or banking.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
