SUMMARY:
This role is essential in facilitating the daily operations of the Sunrise Ranch Culinary Services during breakfast hours and assisting with lunch preparations as required. As an event center, the individual will be scheduled to accommodate the needs of various groups.
WORK AVAILABILITY: Part-time, including weekends and holidays. Typical working hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
SALARY RANGE: $19 - $21 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a delightful and memorable dining experience.
- Prepare and manage breakfast offerings while assisting with lunch service as needed.
- Set up the breakfast area and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen post-service.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and sanitary at all times.
- Maintain optimal conditions for all food stocks.
- Ensure all ingredients are freshly prepared and ready on time.
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and in the correct quantities.
- Communicate any anticipated issues promptly to the Executive Chef.
- Foster a respectful and courteous environment for all staff members.
- Aim for high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality while managing operational and food costs.
- Gather feedback from guests during breakfast and relay any concerns to the Executive Chef.
- Monitor and guarantee that food production, preparation, and presentation meet the highest standards consistently.
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards in line with company expectations.
- Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing various styles of breakfast eggs.
- Ensure adherence to kitchen budget constraints.
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
- Contribute to the overall success of Sunrise Ranch through:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
