Powersports Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our high-volume service department at Redline Powersports. Located in the Richmond, Virginia area, our dealership is an authorized retailer for various top brands.

The successful candidate will have experience working on powersports vehicles, including personal watercraft, motorcycles, ATVs, and Side-by-Sides. With A-C Tech level qualifications, they will possess a firm grasp of electrical system diagnostics, engine and transmission tear-down, reassembly, fuel systems, and other repairs related to off-road motorcycles and scooters, person watercraft, ATV's or Side-by-Sides.

Key Qualifications:

• A-C Tech level qualifications in all aspects of repairs in the powersports industry.
• Experience with electrical system diagnostics, engine, and transmission tear-down and reassembly, knowledge of fuel systems, and other repairs related to off-road motorcycles and scooters, person watercraft, ATV's or Side-by-Sides.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Solid technical and mechanical skills.

• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
• Must have own personal tools, as the company supplies special tools.
