A Typical Workday

As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will work independently, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of client facilities. Your tasks may include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling trash, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.

You will focus on keeping office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms in excellent condition, regularly cleaning windows, trash receptacles, furniture, fridges, and microwaves. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our company's reputation for quality work.


Requirements

  • Ability to physically perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we offer an on-the-job training program.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000, depending on the location (66044) and job requirements. We seek candidates who are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and prefer active roles rather than desk-based work.


Work Schedule Options

We offer two full-time schedules: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 pm - 2:30 am, or Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
