About this Job

As a critical care nurse, you will provide hands-on care for patients with complex health conditions. Intensive care nurses must be able to assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients who require round-the-clock attention.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary area of care
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to help
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required


Duties & Responsibilities
  • You will provide professional nursing services, including nursing interventions and documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling, and supportive and/or restorative care
  • You will also participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards, and function as a member of a treatment team
  • As a nurse, you may provide supervision to subordinate staff in the performance of patient/resident care duties and be responsible for maintaining inventory standards for medicine, controlled drugs, and narcotics
