KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP guests while actively promoting the exclusive lounge and rewards program.
  • Welcome and check-in VIP guests as they arrive.
  • Understand and utilize VIP guest preferences to offer tailored services.
  • Manage reservations for hotels, dining, transportation, and special events.
  • Handle incoming guest inquiries and coordinate complimentary accommodations as needed.
  • Facilitate special requests in collaboration with the marketing team and external partners.
  • Prepare daily activity reports to support the marketing team.
  • Anticipate VIP guest needs proactively.
  • Communicate expected arrivals for hotels and transportation.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events.
  • Address internal and external guest inquiries, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
  • Stay informed about property events, initiatives, and services available to VIP guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the marketing director.
  • Comply with all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and strong time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Position involves 90% standing and 10% walking.
  • Requires physical activities such as pushing, bending, and reaching.
  • Must respond to various sensory cues effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a fast-paced mobility for extended periods.
  • Capable of working in crowded and dynamic environments.
