Job Summary

The Cosmetic Counter Manager is a key member of the Sales Team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the cosmetics department. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to Beauty Advisors to help them meet or exceed sales targets and achieve their full potential.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and maximize sales potential in the cosmetics department.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in the cosmetics department.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that the cosmetics department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the cosmetics department is maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 3-5 years of retail experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent bending and lifting required.
