Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor to join our team at TranSystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality control plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety, environmental impact, and construction materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our team is always at the forefront of construction management.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor or higher.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including quality control, safety, and environmental impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
