We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders, excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on speech and language goals and services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
  • Valid Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
