Job Summary: As a Patient Services Ambassador at CaroMont Health, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members. Your areas of coverage will include the Courtesy Car, Visitor Information Desk, Surgery Waiting, Birthplace Reception, and Emergency Department. You will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and holidays, and will be expected to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Escort visitors to Emergency Department treatment rooms
  • Provide patient information and answer questions in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate effectively with CRMC staff and visitors, and escalate potential complaints to Patient Representatives

Qualifications: High school education or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Must be level-headed, mature, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid NC driver's license is also required.
