Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our L.E.A.P curriculum
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes cognitive, emotional, and social growth
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels
  • Display a patient and calm personality, with a loving approach to every child
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • One year of child care experience (preferred) or six months of child care experience (required)
  • Be at least 21 years of age

Compensation
