Full-Time - 36 Hours Per Week, Nights (7:00pm-7:30am)

Compensation:
Up to $45 / hour, including shift differential *Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid in installments)

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse with a focus on hospitality to join our exceptional team. You will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

The
Registered Nurse will oversee nursing care and services during their shift, ensuring the precise and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency responses as required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the direct care provided to residents and manage nursing staff on the shift.
  • Provide direct care as needed.
  • Administer prescribed medications to residents.
  • Conduct rounds to ensure safe and effective care is provided.
  • Keep physicians and families informed of any changes in residents' conditions.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all care provided.
  • Respond to resident emergency calls promptly.
  • Promote restorative care to enhance resident independence.
  • Participate in training and educational sessions as assigned.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment and adequate supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current nursing license in the state.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Ability to establish rapport with residents.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills.


All new hires must successfully complete our pre-employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, background checks, drug testing, and reference verification as mandated by a licensed residential care facility.
