Position: Nursing Supervisor - RN (Nights)

Compensation: Up to $45 / hour, including shift differential.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Paid in installments)

Schedule:
Full-Time - 36 Hours Per Week, Nights (7:00pm-7:30am)

The Nursing Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
  • Documenting all care provided and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Conducting rounds to guarantee a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Communicating effectively with physicians and families regarding residents' health status.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Responding to emergency calls and providing immediate assistance as needed.
  • Encouraging independence through restorative care practices.
  • Participating in ongoing training and educational opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all medical equipment is functioning properly and that supplies are adequately stocked.

Qualifications:
Previous nursing experience, particularly in long-term care, is preferred. Candidates should possess:

  • A solid understanding of medical terminology.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment screening process, including a fitness for duty physical, background check, drug test, and reference checks.
  • Compliance with vaccination requirements as applicable.
