Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process, critical thinking, and scientific judgment.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a 280-bed acute care hospital that provides a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute rehab services. Our hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, and our stroke rehabilitation program has received the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Disease-Specific Care Certification of Stroke Rehabilitation.
