About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Design and Optimization (NDO) Solution Architect to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global responsibility for analyzing customer technology and defining business requirements.
  • Developing and driving end-to-end technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in risk analysis and working with core teams to define solution offerings.
  • Creating technical presentations and proposals, and performing customer presentations.
  • Supporting the deployment of solutions and providing feedback to R&D.
  • Participating in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing, and developing others.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technology and technical areas, and sharing information to enable customer competence building.
  • Driving and supporting innovations and automation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Network Design and Optimization (NDO).
  • Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • RAN NDO background.
  • Experience in 5G, LTE, VoLTE, E2E, and/or ML&AI.
  • Strong consultative approach towards customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters.
  • Experience in daily KPI analysis and proposal of corrective actions.
  • Proven track of successful international engagements.
  • Experience in writing recommendations, providing analysis, and carrying out special studies on radio interface and E2E.
  • Excellent understanding of radio interface standards.
  • Able to produce documented engineering methods/procedures and present workshops.
  • Strong customer focus and high concern for quality.
  • Innovative and proactive attitude.
  • Great teammate with demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative, and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
  • Good presentation, time management, and leadership skills, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Result-oriented with focus on customer happiness and project delivery.
  • Ericsson GIAP certified.
