About the Role

BravoTECH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network architecture to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Architecture and Design: Design and implement complex network solutions to support business operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Network Security: Safeguard our organization's computer systems and networks from security breaches, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet business objectives and drive innovation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, to support business operations and drive digital transformation.
  • Network Monitoring and Optimization: Conduct regular network performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring optimal network performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security measures are in place, and work with junior network engineers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of network architecture design and/or solution engineering, with 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and 2+ years of scripting or coding experience.
  • Education: 4-year degree in IT-related course of study, with preferred professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, etc.).
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software solutions, including deploying network services and protocols, traditional route/switch, Wireless technologies, VPN, SSL, DNS, DHCP, and ISE.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with experience utilizing public cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) and industry network tools (monitoring, management, inventory management, and DNS solutions).
