About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Management Corp. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and their families
  • Record and analyze behavior and skill data to inform treatment plans
  • Implement teaching methods aligned with the Behavior Support Plan, in collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or College Degree
  • Experience: Preferred background in childcare, healthcare, or mental health (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Reliability: Consistency and dependability are essential for the child's progress
  • Ethics: Working independently in the child's home
  • Attitude: Positive mindset and patience are key
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Receptive to feedback and continuous learning
  • Successful completion of screening processes
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Endurance for quick movements and patient safety
  • Coordination and dexterity for equipment operation
