The Customer Service Agent is responsible for addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a dynamic, high-demand setting. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns efficiently in a busy call center environment, emphasizing professionalism and precision.
  • Document and process correspondence, investigate issues, prepare necessary paperwork, and coordinate appointments as required.
  • Exhibit reliable attendance and leverage strong communication skills to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM, in-office. Availability required from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire.

Qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
