Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Café Team Member at Good Earth Markets. As a locally-owned business, we are committed to empowering a better life for individuals and communities through healthy living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge each customer as they approach the café.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the café, adhering to all required health and safety codes and practices.
  • Maintain fresh ingredients and ensure the café is fully stocked and able to meet the menu at all times.
  • Stand for long periods of time and complete tasks that require repetitive motions, lifting, and bending.
  • Perform other duties throughout the café as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for baking and cooking.
  • Culinary experience is a plus.

Availability and Compensation:

  • Part-time, Monday to Saturday availability, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
  • $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.
