Position Overview:
As a proficient healthcare provider with specialized knowledge, you will play a crucial role in expanding your skills and expertise. You will deliver high-quality direct patient care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, catering to a diverse patient population. You will actively seek and provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical practices and take on an initial leadership role at the bedside, aiming for further development in this area. Participation in PNGC councils and Nursing Quality Teams is encouraged, contributing positively to the team.

Engagement in the Unit Council is vital to improve NDNQI nursing-sensitive indicators, RN Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Culture of Safety, and Patient Experience metrics.

You will work closely with fellow team members to attract and retain a high-caliber nursing staff.

For Recent Graduate Clinical RNs:
Your focus will be on advancing your knowledge and skills, demonstrating growth in caring for increasingly complex patients.

You will be responsible for providing direct and secure patient care in accordance with the nursing process, organizing care for assigned patients during your shift to promote optimal clinical outcomes.

Guidance from experienced clinicians will be essential, and you will welcome feedback as a valuable tool for professional growth.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Licensure or Certifications:
Must hold a valid RN license in Georgia.

Educational Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma is required.

Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of RN experience, demonstrating proficiency in RN I performance expectations or meeting experience criteria upon recruitment.
