Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute appropriate nutritional care plans for patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.
- Assess the nutritional status of patients and develop individualized care plans based on their needs.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition services.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
