  • Ensuring that sidewalks and outdoor spaces are well-kept and presentable.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning of individual living units to meet high standards of hygiene.
  • Managing the sorting and packaging of recyclables to promote sustainability.
  • Assisting in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring a clean and organized space.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar cleaning role.
  • Proficient in operating cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs as required.
  • Experience with special needs populations is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills are beneficial.
