We are seeking a highly skilled Business Area Controller to join our team in the PIUS-MO organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the Head of Finance, PIUS-MO Sr. Staff, and Eagle General Manager in all financial aspects related to operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Working Capital Management: Manage working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
  • Bonus Management: Oversee bonus management, including calculation and payment of bonuses.
  • Compiling and Presenting Financial Results and KPIs: Compile and present financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Acquisitions: Support acquisitions, including valuation, due diligence, and integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Finance or Certified Public Accountant.
  • Solid knowledge of re-engineering concepts for improvement of business processes and control orientation.
  • Strong PC and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate relevant issues to senior financial and operational management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory control.
  • Solid GAAP accounting skills.
  • 5-7 years' experience in a multi-national environment.
  • Solid business acumen and experiences in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate concisely and manage multiple objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience for the strong support of and/or led change management activities in relation to business process and control orientation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and G/L software applications.
  • Previous experiences w/ SAP and underlying costing functions.
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports.
  • Track record of supporting and driving decisions that move the needle.
