Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide team members to foster collaboration and enhance customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with incident documentation.
  • Support local management in training, scheduling, and assessing team performance.
  • Help maintain and organize all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Review daily financial reports and ticket logs, identifying any discrepancies.
  • Keep a record of transactions, uniforms distributed, and parking violations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety at assigned locations, reporting any issues to management.
  • Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • At least one year of experience in parking and/or customer service roles.
  • Self-motivated and eager to embrace new challenges, with a background in customer service or hospitality.
  • Organized, honest, and dependable, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Recognized by peers as trustworthy and loyal.
  • Resourceful and collaborative, with strong decision-making abilities.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in valet parking (1 year+).
  • Experience in customer service (1 year+).
