Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Specialist to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged infants to preschool level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth for young children.
• Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, prioritizing their well-being.
• Provide positive guidance, resolving conflicts with patience and respect while encouraging good behavior.
• Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Implement proper hygiene practices, including diaper changing, toilet assistance, and handwashing routines.
• Remain attentive and responsive to children's needs and health concerns, promptly seeking medical attention when necessary.
