Incyte Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Oncology and Hematology Business Unit in Italy. As a key member of our Italian Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and execution for our oncology and hematology brands in the country.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market strategy and Go-to-Market plans for Incyte's oncology and hematology brands in Italy, aligned with our regional strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute commercialization and reimbursement strategies, ensuring plans are executed on budget and on time.
- Drive commercial activities to meet annual revenue targets, working closely with local and regional colleagues to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Partner with Value Access and Pricing colleagues to negotiate reimbursement agreements with local authorities and liaise with health authorities and payers as required.
- Enable early sales opportunities from approval of marketing authorization for future product launches, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute customer strategies, segmentation, and targeting to optimize field deployment, in partnership with sales and medical teams.
- Collaborate with other Onco-Hema Business Unit Directors across Europe to share best practices and drive regional growth.
- Contribute to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Life Sciences or similar relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- More than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in oncology/hematology and in a national role.
- Demonstrated track record of specialist sales, marketing management, and first-line sales management.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong team player mentality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong knowledge of industry compliance rules and requirements.
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on business growth and development.
