Job SummaryThis role involves providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals recovering from surgeries and medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a recovery or post-anesthesia care unit, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate and individualized patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on post-operative care and recovery processes.
- Hold an active RN license in the state of Washington.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recovery or post-anesthesia care unit.
- Hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive estimated salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
