About the Job

VNS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Float RN in Hawthorne, New York.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. As a Float RN, you will work independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering personalized nursing and care management to patients in their homes or care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their home or care facilities.
  • Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
